- Visit to the users profile in Members > Click on the member
- Click the Block
button under the user - You will get a confirmation that you have block the user
- To view the blocked users visit My Profile > Settings > Blocked members
- In order to unblock a user, select the blocked user list and click “Unblock” in front of the user
- Visit to the users profile in Members > Click on the member
- Click the Report
button under the user - Select the reason to report and enter any other supporting details
- You will get a confirmation of the report submission

- Never send any money to another member
- When having conversations be clear on your expectations to avoid misunderstandings
- Don’t share any sensitive information such as account passwords, official identity documents with anyone
- Never include your personally identifiable information such as e-mail address, home address, phone number, place of work in your internet profile or initial e-mail messages.
- Stop communicating with anyone who pressures you for personal or financial information or attempts in any way to trick you into revealing them
- In you choose to have a face-to-face meeting with another member always tell someone in your family or a friend where you are going and when you will return. Never agree to pickup at hoe. Always have your own transportation and meet at a public place with many people around

- (3) «Never include your last name, e-mail address, home address, phone number, place of work, or any other identifying information in your Internet profile or initial e-mail messages. Stop communicating with anyone who pressures you for personal or financial information or attempts in any way to trick you into revealing it.»
